You always own your original music, lyrics, beats, and AI-generated creations. WillsRecord does not claim ownership of any content you upload, create, or generate on the platform.
• You retain 100% copyright and master recording rights to every song, beat, or voice model you create or upload. • You can distribute, sell, license, or monetize your music anywhere — on Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, etc. — with no restrictions from us. • You decide if your music is exclusive to WillsRecord or released everywhere.
By uploading or creating content, you grant WillsRecord a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to: • Host, stream, and display your music to users • Use your songs in platform features (playlists, recommendations, Willscoin rewards) • Promote your music within the WillsRecord ecosystem (homepage, social features, etc.) This license ends when you delete your content or close your account.
• If you train a voice or instrument model using your own voice/recordings → You own the model and all music generated with it. • If you use someone else’s voice likeness (even with AI tools) → You must have explicit permission. We remove unauthorized voice clones under DMCA/right of publicity claims. • All AI-generated output is considered your original work as long as input data is legally owned or licensed by you.
Earning Willscoin or receiving payouts does not transfer ownership. You keep full rights to your music even after earning rewards. Willscoin is a loyalty and engagement reward — not a rights purchase.
You are solely responsible for clearing all samples, loops, and third-party elements in your music. Using uncleared samples may result in takedowns, even if your track earns Willscoin.
You can delete any song, beat, or voice model at any time. Once deleted: • It’s permanently removed from WillsRecord • All associated Willscoin tracking stops • Our license to use it ends immediately
If your account is terminated (for violations or inactivity), we remove all your content within 30 days unless required to retain it for legal reasons.
WillsRecord will never: • Claim ownership of your masters • Prevent you from signing with labels • Take publishing rights • Block you from leaving the platform with your music
