WillsCoin (“WillsCoin,” “Coins,” or “Reward Units”) is the official virtual reward system used on WillsRecord.com to motivate platform participation, streaming engagement, and creator-community activity. WillsCoin is not a cryptocurrency, not a digital currency, not a blockchain asset, and not an investment product. It is a non-transferable, non-tradable virtual unit used only within the WillsRecord ecosystem. This document explains how WillsCoin is earned, redeemed, managed, and governed.

Listener/Streamer Activities • listening streaks • playlist engagement • daily login bonuses • referral participation • community engagement actions C. Platform Achievements • badges • challenges • events • seasonal missions D. Promotional Offers • limited-time reward programs • partner campaigns • sponsored activities WillsRecord determines earning criteria at its discretion.
Earning WillsCoin does not: • guarantee revenue • grant ownership in WillsRecord • establish equity rights • create investment expectation • produce interest • create partnership status • obligate WillsRecord to any payouts WillsCoin is not a shareholder or earning entitlement.
Depending on platform programs, WillsCoin may be used for: • creator visibility boosts • special digital features • platform perks • digital upgrades • promotional services • in-platform gamified rewards • event access • premium digital assets within the platform WillsCoin redemption does NOT include external value withdrawal. Coins cannot be withdrawn to bank accounts or payment systems.
WillsRecord actively monitors for: • bot streaming • fraudulent traffic • reward manipulation • multi-account farming • artificial boosting • unusual engagement patterns If detected, WillsRecord may: • freeze WillsCoin balances • reverse earned Coins • suspend accounts • terminate accounts • revoke earned rewards • restrict payouts • pursue legal action where required All judgments are made at WillsRecord’s discretion.
WillsCoin holds no cash value, whether expressed or implied.
