By uploading content to WillsRecord, you confirm that: • You own the rights OR have clear permission to use the content • The content does not violate third-party copyrights • Audio files, vocals, beats, samples, loops, and stems are legally cleared • Lyrics, text, and metadata do not infringe on protected works • AI-generated content does not replicate copyrighted materials without permission • You assume full legal responsibility for all uploaded content WillsRecord does not verify ownership of each upload but retains the right to request proof at any time.
Copyright-protected works include: • songs • beats • vocals • sound recordings • musical compositions • lyrics • artwork • written content • videos • samples and loops • metadata containing copyrighted references • likeness or voice protected under publicity rights • AI outputs that intentionally mimic specific copyrighted works Users must not upload ANY copyrighted material without permission.
You may not upload: • copyrighted songs or tracks you do not own • commercial beats without license • voice recordings belonging to others without consent • AI-generated content designed to imitate a specific artist • remixes using unlicensed stems • stolen or pirated content • royalty-free tracks acquired from platforms with redistribution restrictions • AI-generated replicas of celebrity voices Violation may result in: • content removal • account suspension • earnings freeze • termination • legal action by rights holders
WillsRecord is a hosting and streaming service, not the owner of uploaded content. WillsRecord: • does NOT claim ownership of user content • provides limited hosting rights • can remove content at its discretion • complies with DMCA safe-harbor standards • cooperates with copyright owners Users retain ownership but grant the platform a limited license for: • streaming • hosting • promotion • distribution within the platform

AI-assisted content must follow copyright laws. Users must ensure: • AI-generated melodies do not copy existing songs • AI-generated vocals do not imitate real artists without consent • AI lyric outputs do not replicate copyrighted texts • AI beats do not reproduce licensed compositions Users may not intentionally create: • AI deepfake reproductions • unauthorized synthetic vocals • cloned voices of known artists • AI music mimicking protected works WillsRecord reserves the right to: • flag content • label AI-generated material • restrict or remove questionable works
Content may be removed for: • violating community guidelines • hate speech • violent themes • harmful conduct • inappropriate content • impersonation • platform safety violations • fraudulent or bot-generated streaming • identity misuse WillsRecord maintains full discretion.
WillsRecord is not: • liable for user-uploaded content • responsible for copyright disputes • a mediator in conflicts between rights holders and users • obligated to restore removed content • responsible for lost earnings caused by takedowns Users upload content at their own risk.
